以我個人認知，就目前而言，最有效率搜尋已知的資訊要靠個人化的工具 (如︰Custom Search Engine、Twine 等)，而未知的就要靠專業的社群網 (Wikipedia, ChaCha 等) 和 clustering search engine (如︰Clusty) 來縮小搜尋範圍。電腦分析的發展仍在嬰兒階段，效率低一截，不過卻非常豐富和方便，很適合作一般查找資料之用。
